Limerick GAA 2023 - League champions means nothing now 🐐

A is essentially the B in Limerick.

The all conquering Fr Casey’s underage juggernaut will win the Premier.

Beautifully Irish.

Seamus o riain is a senior compitition in Tipp but is intermediate everywhere else

Its not a senior competition.

Its higher than intermediate but its not senior?

Its Premier Intermediate.

Limerick have the same grade so I’m not sure why you are going down this route…

Surely this success will result in a senior win for them in the next 50 years or so

According to the Tipp fuckers that participate in it, it’s senior alright

No they do not.

I played 7 a-side a few times against one of the Limerick fellas punched by KH. A friend of a friend.

Oh right. Do the winners of it play in the Munster intermediate hurling championship?

Did he have it coming?

Not sure of the ins and outs of it but he seemed a nice lad anytime I met him. The Limericks are Box Office when out on the town.

I’ve seen Limerick players out in quiet pubs like Fennesseys outside the city centre and they still have to put up with an unmerciful amount of shit.

I’d be gutted if the player mentioned above isnt playing come championship, I’d say he gets the worst of the annoyance.

The Munster rugby players used to have to put up with the same, they took some awful abuse back in the day. Comes with the territory in Limerick sporting circles

Theres a fair bit of truth in that tbh.

Yes

really? what kind of shit? verbal abuse?

Just irritation and cunts still coming up to them and theyve already had their few minutes.

You’d think they’d have hero status amongst the Limerick supporters after all they’ve achieved. Or is it outsiders giving the abuse?
