Yup. I have that. Quite common among males. Itās not that red and green look the same to me, itās that when they are in close proximity to each other they tend to become difficult to distinguish between them. Add in the fact that the colours are moving at pace and it adds to the problem. Can also depend on the background behind the colour, it can make certain colours, mostly greens and reds, difficult to distinguish

When it comes to split second decisions, it can be tricky. Other than that, it doesnt really impact people. Maybe sparkys to an extent
