Limerick GAA 2024-25

Rule out hannon at your peril.

Hannon is still a front runner for six due to a new goalie this year Kiely won’t want to change too much also there is nothing on a change in captain Kiey would like he’s general on the field. Tom Morrissey has been given the role outside Hannon, Lynch was the man 2023 and Byrnes in the 21s

Closest to what id pick. But think it’d be mad to write off Hannon or Byrnes at 30/31 and there’s loads left in both. Even in the semi last year, if we’d had the injured players or even two of them, it would have helped our half back line so much and we would have taken that game. We beat the eventual champions comfortably with both of them too.

Hannon is too cool to drop.
And he’s the captain….

Ultimately it will depend on what Judge Dermot Sheehan decides.

In correct.

Barry Nash will never play for Limerick again. Nor Mike Casey.

Between the lads who can’t, won’t, shouldn’t or wouldn’t, they’ll do well to field at all.

Limerick play Clare in the big ball in Askeaton tomorrow at 2pm for anyone wanting a look at the new rules/looking for something to do.

Surprising the two lads are off to Oz all the same. Still had something to offer but I suppose when the woman puts the foot down…

Will this go ahead?

It was supposed to be Sunday but they moved it to Saturday now to get ahead of the weather

What’s this about?

The only thing is imagine Hannon coming on fresh on loose ball. He’d do wreck. He’s out best pure hurler.

Yep.

That auld talk is going round a few years now. I’ll send out a few feelers but there’s no truth to it that I know of.

I thought he was taking a year out to go traveling, he’s living on the SCR, I know his da and uncles were Midleton stalwarts but why would he?

Anyone have teams from the UL game this morning I see Hanley Clarke was the UL goalie
