Barry Murphy was playing there last season but he has a new role now.
Few players there who probably arenāt going to get that many more chances to stake a claim, need to take the opportunity.

How is that? I always thought is was Askeaton for the fooball, Ballysteen for the hurling - how the heck have Kilcornan come into the equation?

True. And I donāt know how you leave out WOD or DOD but English could add a new dimension to the team at midfield. And an amount of pace that would surely help the backs. Easiest thing to do would be find a place for him in the forwards but I like theyāre looking at him midfield.

The situation you outlined was correct but the clubs officially amalgamated as of 2025. Wasnāt without its hiccups but they had been operating as a single Bord na nĆg for the past few years.

He was good in midfield last year as an impact sub.
