How are we doing lads? Making good progress here

I’m apoplectic here.

Will there be any point of playing a club championship behind closed doors? Any sort of crowd increases the risk of infection and with nobody able to watch will it not just be a little bit pointless? The players will want to play some sort of games but there’ll be little incentive imo to have an organised championship at a low level behind closed.

The West Boards cash pile will see them through

They’ll probably have it on behind a paywall!

Don’t give em ideas. They’ll probably charge the players €5 a head to play

Iconic. Great pictures actually.

Yes they are for 50 years ago

A few right characters in that team!

Con is a legend, won a county junior hurling title in ‘98. He must have been into his 40’s at that stage but still lorded it. Just different class. Hard as steel too.

That old jersey :star_struck:

Is con a guard/detective or have I a different fella?

No, must be a different fella you are thinking of.

Probably one of the forgotten scores of the last decade. That was a brilliant day. Seamus hickey getting the insurance score was just as sweet. Pity it didn’t really work out for Tom Ryan with Limerick.

One of our most satisfying wins ever

The train home was bananas that evening!

What’s Delgado doing there? 1988?

It’s a page of readers favorite sporting memories. The twee is off the charts. Fellas listening to Tipp matches through the static on the radio, under 12 county finals, bicycle races etc.
