In fairness Tipp deserve credit for agreeing to this fixture in the middle of December. Nice gesture accomodating the AI champions team holiday in January.

Winter has come.
Limerick should have been out of sight in first half. At least ten wides and chip got two goals late on to go in ahead.
Tipp should have pulled away by 9-10 pts with the fitness advantage but if anything Limerick looked the likelier winner further it went on. Enjoyable enough game for December!
