Limerick GAA - it's Box Office - Always Has Been, Always Will Be

I can comment until Iā€™ve had @Batt_the_Ladd 's take on this

Iā€™ll be disappointed if there isnā€™t a bit of musical chairs carried out here.

Iā€™d swap ā€œdiappointedā€ for ā€œstunnedā€

Morrissey will be ousted Iā€™d say. Mann will probably take treasurer, after that where the other two imbeciles go is anyones guess!!

To be fair to Eamon heā€™s one of the better PROā€™s Limerick have had (ok, the bar was fairly low).

Theyā€™ve got way better with updating matches and fixtures etc on Twitter and Bookface etc. He even has a slot on Live 95 on Sunday evening reading out the results of the weekend. Donā€™t think that was there before he came into the role.

I would agree with that. Eamon has been very helpful and has done a decent job improving what he inherited.

And the programmes for Championship weekends are way better since he took over. Not sure if thatā€™s all down to him but I know he does organise them.

Eamonnā€™s alright. The restā€¦ Well, I suppose weā€™ll see who is nominated as replacements. Maybe theyā€™ll be worse.

You step out, and Iā€™ll step in again, Iā€™ll step out and youā€™ll step in again, learning the steps for the County Board

The idea was from the treasurer.

The quality of printing on the A4 page handed out for the football championship has gone way up too

Whenā€™s the senior football relegation final replay?

Rathkeale are involved in the county hurling quarter final this weekend. If they are beat the relegation final replay should be the following weekend

Iā€™d say its some pain in the hole to be still training at this stage of the year for a relegation final.

Nope definately not.

Training ?

Its a bold strategy Cotton, lets see if it pays off for em

It was training that got us into this mess, it sure as hell ainā€™t going to get us out of it.

At least ye will be fresh for the final.

Didnā€™t see it mentioned about nominations for U-21 Hurler of the Year and Team of the Year.

5 nominees for Hurler of the Year, 4 from Limerick. Kyle Hayes, Peter Casey, Aaron Gillane, Sean Finn and Conor Delaney from Kilkenny.

Finn a little surprising ahead of Lynch, Hanley, Grimes, Malachy?

13 nominations for Team of the Year too. All the usual starting team except Morrissey & Murphy. Casey nominated at full-forward.

Irrelevant rubbish
