Are Nickie Quaid’s club senior?

They were three years ago … they’ve been relegated to third tier in Limerick.

Didn’t they go on a very long run without winning a game?

nearly 2 years

By all accounts, Hego was class.

Seamie Flanagan scored 1-3 from play but when Richie moved back, he did a job on him too, Richie was good.

Dylan O’Shea is training with the senior panel too and scored 5 from play this evening.

Kyle Hayes was superb, as was Sean Finn. Barry O’Connell scored 1-4, although Paul Browne was very quiet.

Tom Morrissey apparently dragged Ahane over the line, as usual.

Didn’t hear about Malachy yet, or Condon.

We nearly have the same amount as Tipp have now at this stage I’d say

Are the crowds always so pitiful at limerick club games?

Most lads go to their own club games across The Weekend.

I’d say there was about 80 or 90 at the St Pats vs Drom game last night…

Biggest crowd of the weekend then.

Na Piarsaigh fans don’t really turn up to matches until the Munster final stage.

Fixed that for you.

From the rugby loving Na P hater

Limerick club games have worst attendences of any hurling county.

No wonder they took the 300 euro eir offered them.

Limerick people are by and large event junkies supporting the “mighty” munster and Limerick once a year.

Was there a tongue swallowing incident, I heard Brendan Mullins from Pats gave people a fright

Club hurling in limerick has generally drawn small attendances compared to other counties .

Limerick and Dublin hurling championships. Dublin is gas they don’t even charge at the gate for championship matches unless it is the likes of Parnell Park.

One lad from Pats got a shoulder into the head alright. I don’t know any more than that though.

Why is that ?
