Adare GAA ran one a couple of years back. Think it might have been on in Limerick race course. Great night, very well organised. They made a shed load of cash from it too after costs were covered.

If Wexford are left in anything like the state Waterford were post Davy they may start holding the odd fund raiser themselves even now.

Has the big house stopped bankrolling Limerick GAA or something? Sometimes I wonder if a new season will bring any sense to this weird thread but then we have lads planning to attend this, actually looking forward to it and even analysing the boxing match ups.

Would it be any weirder than some low level excel jockey attending a conference about his work industry and boasting about it on tfk as if he was a big shot while simultaneously asking tfk for advice on a career change?

The Sobriety Thread

I don’t need to make anything out to be anything. I can enjoy drink without having to boast about how much I drank and not drink without counting how many days I’m off it. I’ll go to a club and after party tomorrow night and have a good old 12 hours or so. I’ll try to refrain from signing in on Sunday to post the list of drinks I drank like some awkward first year engineering student from the backarse of tipp might do.
