Are you in the poultry business Runt?
Dirty auld things around a yard I find.

I believe Runt keeps a gander of geese around the yard to keep touch with his rural rootsâŚ

We have a few hens and ducks at the home house. I built a fine big run for them in the back field so they donât be around the yard much. The mother finds the eggs handy for baking and the dog finds the hens handy for a snack when they get out.
Should we just go all out for Mick OâDwyer to take over the footballerâs next season?
Iâm thinking yes.
Would Liam Kearns have any interest in coming back, with emma oâdriscoll as trainer
Not a bad idea that, i always liked Kearns, brought us from nothing. Emma would be useful for tea-making after trainingâŚ
I know one of her former bandmates and could put in a word for youse to try and swing it.
Limerick GAA has gotten knocked down, but its truly on the up now.
This is a great thread. I could see it being made into a film if Limerick finally capture the holy grail.
Us Limerick fans are unbeliveably good at deluding ourselves.
Has anybody seen the new floodlights at the Gaelic Grounds? I saw them from Thomond Pakr the other night, apparently there are two of them inside the ground and two of them outside the ground, thanks to the ridiculous limitations placed on them by the city council. It really gets my goat up that Munster rugby can seemingly do what they like in terms of concerts, floodlights, height ârestrictionsâ etc whereas anytime the GAA try to do something they are blocked at every turn.
You had Cllr Ginger McLaughlin in the paper last week saying that football and hurling matches should be played in Thomond Park, mentioning nothing about the fact that the pitch is no where near big enough to accomodate GAA. Clowns.

that was SDCC argument vs thomas davis too:clap:;)
they are in the gutter but the dunoh & runt are looking at the stars
Bring back Tom Ryan.
Thats what I say anyway.
Yesterday was the best thing that could have happened to Limerick hurling in a long time. Itâs only a pity we werenât relegated altogether.
Better than the Joe McKenna reign even?
McKenna got us to a national final and had us 2-01 to no score up against Tipp. There is no comparison.
Yesterday was better than that?
The county needs an attitude adjustment. Yesterday will hopefully effect change.
Joe McKenna is an alright sort.
He is in fairness. Youâd have swapped the entire Limerick full-forward line for him yesterday and came out well on top.
