The average age of the team is 23 and a half. Two years ago it was just 23. Think it is a bit early to call them underachievers. I expect that emigration will start taking it’s toll soon.

I wonder did Kilmallock have anyone run out with the players before the match and sneak into the team photo. It happened a few years ago involving another team, can’t recall who it was, but they cut the imposter out of the photo afterwards. :lol:

Naw, I was only at minor they were getting players from neighboring clubs that couldn’t field a minor team. In fairness most of the team on Sunday are born and bred Kilmallock.

they are all locals. All those minors went back to their own clubs, the Quaids, Richie McCarthy etc.
