“At times”
Just reading there that Liverpool were 8 points behind Arsenal when they came to Anfield… they are now 10 ahead. That’s surely top 3 guaranteed?
Looking at it again the second Liverpool penalty was a penalty. Keeper pulled Flanagan down.
Some balls on Gerrard to make it count.
Big Sam is seething.
That was a horrible 2 hours. Had to juggle making a shepherds pie, looking after the child and guiding Liverpool to another win. Thank fuck it’s over
Big Sam is bluffing his arse off here… ‘Flano was going down before the keeper touched him’ … The keeper hauled him down you cunt Sam.
I suppose he didn’t see the Carroll challenge?
Liverpool’s victory today means Manchester United cannot win the league, and obviously also cannot finish ahead of Liverpool.
However they can still finish ahead of Manchester City and I’d imagine that will still be the case after next Sunday.
Youve another 5 matches to go. Screw it up and me, renton, sid balbec et al will find you…
Up your bollox Big Sam and Captainshan
The Shepherds Pie is done now if you want to call up for a bite pal
The year’s Twenty Fourteen, our time it is now
We’re top of the league and we’re wondering how
Is this all real, or is it a dream
To follow this wonderful Liverpool team
It can’t always be summer, but summer is here
Five games to be filled with excitement and fear
And a tension that makes you take leave of your sense
I hope my heart survives all of this drama and suspense
Oh take me to Anfield, let me stand on the Kop
And bury my heart there when the Reds finish top
It’s been 24 seasons of sadness and tears
But we’ve climbed up the mountain, the summit is near
The hunger is great, the excitement keeps mounting
Each game on the road to the title we’re counting
The climax is reaching a deafening crescendo
So Godspeed you Luis and Stevie and Hendo!

We are all in this together. My kids weren’t fed until a half hour ago.
That’s the spirit, mate. You’ll have forgotten any notions of individualism and you’ll be a socialist at the end of all this.
To the collective.
That’ll be fucking lovely tomorrow for seconds, pal.
I’ve had my piece of the pie pal, the rest goes to the child
The child must have a fair appetite, buddy.
Football’s greatest teams are doing a programme on Liverpool in the 70’s and 80’s. On sky sports1 now.
My niece is getting baptised next Sunday at 1.30pm.
I am godfather.
Anyway of getting a telly into the church I wonder?
