Liverpool Football Club 2023/24

Back to sleep in their own beds to GO AGAIN this morning.

That’s what I was thinking, but they’ve a match on weds and the Train is not a reliable option.
Traffic would have been brutal.
A police escort wouldn’t be unreasonable I don’t think though, and a bus.

The average age thing is somewhat misleading too. Chelseas oldest 2 players were Chillwell (27) and Sterling (29). Liverpool had Roberston (29) Endo (31) Van Djik (32) Diaz (27) all starting which brings the average age up significantly. Liverpool finished with 5 players U21 on the pitch (Quansah 21, Clark 19, McConnell 19, Elliot 20, Danns 18) while Chelsea only have one player younger than Quansah (Gusto 20) finishing on the field. The combined senior appearances for those 4 Liverpool players excluding Elliot is 20 excluding yesterdays game, so on average 5 senior apps each. They are very inexperienced. Gusto has 24 apps this year for Chelsea alone.

Think that’s how averages work, mate.

yes, thats why it is misleading. You can make stats up to suit whatever agenda you want in sport.

A massive fuck you to the environment. We fly where we want

The Famous Academy has the usual suspects like sausages in a pan.

It’d make you think the new citizens in the NCH should be getting those lads passports.

If they tried to become the british citizens they ache to be, they’d be sent to Rwanda.

Didn’t Waterford hurlers fly to Dublin one year when they were in the final?

Semi final. Against KK in 04. Pig of a day and the plane couldn’t take off. They had to rush into town and get on the train. Classic Waterford. Nearly as bad as the year that the bus they hired was too big to get into the tunnel under Croke Park. 2008.
