Ten Hag is a great backer of the Dutch Eredivisie to be fair. He accounted for 3 of their top 5 record sales in the space of 12 months of his arrival in Manchester. Spreading the Premier League money around. The Dutch still produce some brilliant players but theyâre not the force they once were. That was clearly showcased by Wout Weghorst getting game for them at the World Cup. Where once they had Kluivert, Ruud, Roy Maakay, Jimmy Floyd, Bergkamp etc. to pick from. Even the RVP, Huntelaar era was stronger too.
