Seems Rovers were keen on selling him to an English club instead. Probably some backhanders involved. Noonan’s Ma is upset so lodged a complaint. His Da would have also done so if he wasn’t otherwise engaged. Whole thing is pretty sketchy. Sounds like a diversion from Rovers benefactor Dermot Desmond appearing in the Epstein files
