Probably from Cavan !
The O2 is some complex in fairness, you could go there on your holidays.
The Spitalfields market is sine spit for a bit of lunch, slightly less overwhelming than the Borough market, the food is outrageous, we ordered from about 8 vendors and everything was gorgeous.
Was strolling by St Paulās cathedral yesterday just before 5, it was closed to the public yesterday but āevensongā was starting so we strolled in, Jesus itās some spot, the Proddies do a fine mass, both readings/lessons were about lads making loads of food out of fuck all food
Some church though,
Heading over there tonight. Will be up the road from Slough House tomorrow.
I was in St Paulās last year, we got tickets to go right up to the top of the dome. Great view from up there and you can go outside.
Iām staying that side myself tonight
Iām overnighting next midweek to reestablish the cadence of meetings (cc @TreatyStones) on a thorny issue & to see if we can break the current impasse. My meetings are around that Bishopsgate area so will have a wander & two (2) pints the night before an early start, unless I decide to go to see Barnet or someone in lower league action.
I was admiring the walkways that go around the domes on the inside,
Itās an UNBELIEVABLE building
The acoustics for the choir were incredible
Iām in late so Iāll stay near the airport tonight and get the Elizabeth line into Farringdon tomorrow morning.
The walkways on the inside are like the first stage then you head up through the dome structure and make it outside to the circular balcony area right under the tower at the top. Itās a bit tight in places and a lot of steps but worth it.
Lads all over to London availing of @Tassottiās generosity.
Heās collecting them from LHR and all. What a guy. Even sheltering the Limericksā¦
Heās one of the few Irish people to make it big in London and not forget where he came from.
I genuinely picture him as an insanely fat lad living in his own piss and shit in a basement hovel ![]()
That doesnāt mean muchā¦shur you pictured half of kiev sheltering in your back room
Disaster with the trains. No Elizabeth line or Xpress train for the last 40 minutes.
No wonder a few drunk lads with hurleys bate them out of Ireland
Thanks Labour
I feel like Mike Parcej
@Tassotti will collect you pal
Shocking scenes in Dublin today. The place is lawless.
Thatās a lovely ramble. St Pauls is beautiful
Looks very like the street Ted Lasso had his apartment ![]()
