I reckon – but am not sure at all – the Liverpool point was raised to jury in trial but not reported.
Where we fundamentally disagree is about atributing the infant deaths and injuries to negligence and “a clusterfuck” on that Chester ward. I have read nothing that inclines me towards such a conclusion.
But this case remains, I do agree, a highly perplexing and troubling one.
