Where in court would such executions take place? What happens if the conviction is later found to be unsafe? What’s the process for un-deading the person who has been executed?
One of the main reasons we don’t have the death penalty in civilised countries is because the death penalty always leads to innocent people being executed. And that it doesn’t work on any level.
Publicly supporting the re-introduction of the death penalty is a classic way for lads with no real positive ideas about society to display a sort of fake, caricatured idea of manhood on the INTERNET.

It does seem remarkable that Dewi Evans was able to so quickly ascertain something a long line of expert medical professionals and coroners could not.
So I guess it depends on what side of the ‘beyond reasonable doubt’ line ‘possibility’ falls.
