Luis Suarez Appreciation Thread

His behaviour is very unbecoming and outrageous. I wonder was he adopted.

And on a sidenote, if so was it because his parents couldn’t conceive a child or did they have other kids that were reared with him as de facto brothers and sisters?

You insensitive prick

I think people are going overboard in their criticism, a bite is hardly worse that headbutting, punching, elbowing or a two footed leg breaking challenge.

It was just a bit of jawsling in the box between two great players.

Ah, that explains his bedroom problems

Diego Lugano: “You have to be stupid to think that mark on Chiellini is from today.”

:clap::clap::clap:

You’d swear he broke someones leg the way some people are going on

I have to say I love Luis more than ever now. The man is box office

We’re talking about Luis Suarez mate, not your missus.

That was a perfect execution of an elbow, textbook.

4-6 game international ban. Sorted.
I hate the cunt but people calling for lifetime and 2 year bans from all football are ridiculous. He’s on loan from his club and they shouldn’t be punished in any way. Even though the club is reprehensible.

When you consider Heysel as well there’s no way they should be excused from any punishment.

fifa have mentioned a 2 year ban:D

did he learn this at Liverpool or was he a known biter before he arrived there?

My sources in Fifa have confirmed that this is the likely punishment, club and International. He may be able to get it down to a year and a half on appeal.

jim boyce was on 5 live saying a substantial ban from all football was on the cards, that bite just cost murderpool 50 million

He bit someone when playing in the Netherlands/Holland.

I’m sure FIFA will succumb to reason and realise any kind of ban is unnecessary. A simple muzzle will suffice, problem solved.

[INDENT]A two year ban is maximum allowed. Hence “experts” mentioning it as if they have some insight. Biting seems regarded as less socially acceptable than breaking somebody’s skull or leg and ending their career but what has more consequences. Ban can only be international games going by FIFA rules. Bans shouldn’t be determined by the faux outrage of tabloid journalists from UK. Suarez in my view is lucky this happened under FIFA and not FA jurisdiction who do seem to impose bans based on tabloid reaction.
