Be hard to see him lasting the 20 years at the helm as mooted above. That would take him up to 92 years of age.
He should definitely have said he was just in it to asset strip. That would have settled the natives. A dog with a mallet up his hole knows what the plan was. Fleece the council tax payer for as much of a new “community” stadium as he could possibly get away with, leveraging easily bought stooges like Burnham Coe and gara, and flog it for a billion profit.

Your still reeling from the fact he suggested something like why don’t the government invest in a Wembley of the north instead off public money into stadiums in London.
That was his plan alright. Sink quarter of a billion in the club and desperately hope the government would help fund a stadium that he’d somehow run away with the money.

The dumb person is the one who thinks rat cliffe is in it out of some sort of altruism. This is a man who campaigned for Brexit, then fucked off abroad to avoid paying any tax to support the “community”. Who diverted money into a “charity” which then built him a ski chalet. A man who’s dedication to the club and community is such that he stopped funding the club charity and fired everyone he could in order to maximise profit.

Haven’t seen much of Liverpool but seem to have spent 600 million on ripping up their team and it hasn’t worked so far.
That can change in a few weeks though.
They’ll finish above Liverpool i think. Liverpool will be very lucky to get top 4.
