The murders away in ibrox is never easy. They’ll be running around like deranged lunatics early doors no doubt. A loss here for slot and he’s done at Liverpool. A bad loss for Amorim and he’s probably done too.

Id like to see us do something crazy… like play a really high line with maguire in the middle of it to combat isak’s pace. And maybe just play 2 in the middle against their 3… and id really really like to see Mounty running around super intelligently without ever touching the ball or affecting the play… but theres no way he’ll do that cos it would be fucking nuts.

My fear is that the pool fans will have the game won before a ball is kicked. They’ll do there usual smashing up of the United team bus and then blame someone else. United players are fragile and wont recover

Those who know the game knew.
Who knows what will happen next but that was a great win.
They rode their luck but hung in there.
It’s something to build on at least. I’m delighted for Amorim.
Judging by Instagram @Copper_pipe is enjoying his time on Merseyside.
He’ll be able to recommend pubs and all when a few Liverpool posters make the journey over.
