They havenāt produced them for a very long time now. I wouldnāt be that familiar with the Man U personnel, but just looking at the starting XI there today, I think Iām correct in saying, yet again no famed Man U academy graduates. Is it just Mainoo out of the 9 subs, a graduate of āLa Carringtonā.?

Delighted to have been all in on the new keeper from the start.
That save was tremendous but his reaction to secure the goal kick & fool the ref he didnāt touch the ball was WWEsque. Other keepers would have been fist pumping but he was calmness personifiedā¦
ā¦and now they go up & make it 3-0 shortly thereafter.

De ligt is quick enough over a few yards. So strong too. People tore the signing apart but heās a fine player.

Greenwood, Mainoo and Rashford in the last ten years is very good going. Any academy in the world would take that.
Arsenal and Chelsea are the leaders at the minute in the UK with what theyāre doing. Liverpool very strong as well.
Waiting for it from Mikey Moore at Spurs as anecdotally, heās the nuts. The English clubs are all doing it right on the academy front, really caught up.

Does the famed Man U youth academy turn out grounded young men? Seems to have had more than itās share of very bad eggs over the years.

The young winger Rio at the minute. Curtis Jones. Trent. Jadon Danns is also nailed on. Kevin Kelleher. Ben Doak is a very good young player as well. Theyāre going well.

Indeed it doesnāt. What happened with Greenwood is on all of them. He was involved in a kidnapping incident that was covered up. They indulged him.
Rashford is a great guy. Mercurial but a great guy.
I havenāt seen this new kid yet.
