France game last night really makes me feel Zidane is actually a coach and not just an authority figure that picks the team.
Not sure it was the genius move everyone is saying to bring on Olise and Cherki mind you.
It was a lovely touchline run though, not unlike the time Mourninho did it, cant recall who it was against.
I think he’s going to sacrifice Dembele for Ekitike for balance when the time comes.
Cherki could play instead of that tall very left footed fella, but that lad runs a lot. Be interesting. Cherki will be first sib if he doesn’t play anyway, so good when teams drop deep.

Portugal could put themselves right there if they are very brave and ditch two players, one for being faded, one who is prime but whose disorganised play lessens the 3 PSG stars.

Yes. That’s what I think is needed. Bruno is a Premier League machine but tournament football is a different thing.
He lacks La Pausa. The two PSG lads has it and he is clotting their ball circulation.
