Pointing to the last 8 of the Cl if they don’t qualify for it next season wont cut it.
Give over, they will get 3rd/4th handy enough.
I will hunt you down for this you prick.
Capello is the man to lead united back from the brink. Any manager who Zlatan respects is worthy of the throne.
3 wins in a week:clap:
Moyes for life!
Neville Neville cleared today too - wonder if he gave that bird, who falsely accused him, the finger as he left court?
Neville Neville. So good they named him twice.
To round it off Fergie and Eamon Holmes on Who wants to be a Millionaire now!
Is that not what got him in trouble in the first place ?
Poor old Moyesie came in for some harsh words from friend of the forum Raymond Verheijen on Off the Ball tonight about his handling of Robin van Persie’s fitness.

This is going rather well.
Well you are home to West Ham buddy, it shouldn’t be that much of a surprise
Shouldn’t be, but it kind of is. Commanding performances at home to dross haven’t exactly been United’s forte this season.
Young with a cracker just to elimate any doubt. A win at old trafford for utd has been tough going recently!
Very nasty looking tackle on Javier Hernandez there.
Good win and decent enough overall display. Januzaj looks the part but needs to stamp out the diving, Moyes will have a word and hopefully we won’t see a repeat again.
Four wins on the bounce now but need to kick on in the league, dropping points to the likes of Cardiff is what has killed United this season, need to be beating both Hull and Norwich away but wouldn’t be too confident of getting 6 points. Points gained on either Arsenal or Chelsea (or both) this weekend though so a good days work.
Jones is a great player and even though a natural centre half he pisses all over the other midfield options, excluding Carrick.
You’d expect Manchester United to be hammering the likes of West Ham. Aston Villa and West Ham were about the two biggest gimmes during Sir Alex’s reign. Broadly speaking under Moyes, they are still picking up most points against the cannon fodder and doing the flat track bully routine reasonably well. Draw at Cardiff and losing at home to West Brom the two exceptions. Against Top 9 sides, the record reads 6 points from 24, won 1, drew 3 and lost 4. Against the rest, its 22 points from 27, won 7, drew 1, lost 1.
I see the next fixture on Boxing Day is against Steve Bruce’s, Hull. Under Sir Alex, a game against whatever club Steve Bruce was in charge of was the biggest gimme of all. Will be interesting to see if the terms of engagement have changed in that regard with Moyes at the helm.
Wouldn’t agree with that statement at all. Its not been good enough against the teams at the top of the table that has been Man United’s problem this season. If you take the table from 10th place down, as I said already, Man United have picked up 22 pts from 27 (W7 D1 L1) just dropping 5 pts, losing to WBA and being held at Cardiff. In the 8 games against the teams in the top 9, they’ve picked up 6 pts from 24 (1 win against Arsenal, 3 draws against Chelsea, Spurs & Southampton and 4 losses to Everton, Man City, Liverpool & Newcastle).
For comparative purposes, Man United have as good a record as anyone against the cannon fodder. Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea have all also dropped 5 points against teams placed 10 and lower. Liverpool drew at Swansea, lost at Hull. Arsenal lost at home to Aston Villa and were held at WBA. Chelsea lost at Stoke and were held at home to WBA. Manchester City have dropped 8 points against teams in lower half, losing at Cardiff and Aston Villa and drawing with Stoke. Everton also dropped 8 against lower half teams, drawing with Norwich, WBA, Cardiff and Crystal Palace.
