He’s had a very good season. After Jordan Henderson and Kevin De Bruyne, there have not been many stand out midfielders in the EPL this season. Grealish is probably best of the rest

I don’t think they’re of the same standard at all mate. KDB is an absolute magician, probably the most natural footballer in the league. But Henderson, for other reasons, has been the other standout midfielder in the EPL this season. It’s highly likely that both will be the 2 midfielders nominated for POTY.
I don’t bet but the odds have been dramatically cut on Henderson. I don’t think he was particularly good in Europe tonight but this award tends to be based on domestic performances
