Hard to see Coach Ole delivering the title this season now. Today was must win for them and sounds like they really flunked it.
At least United can take comfort from the fact that Liverpool put out a strong team and as such they definitely respect them.

Matic was decent today but his legs are gone. I suspect he’d be a serious signing for some serie a side. I think he’d do an excellent job in a more tactical league.
Agreed, Matic and Fred bossed midfield today. Liverpool usual tactic of rendering mf a deadzone and playing the ball up the channels. An awful team to watch. Fred is class, lovely touch, calm on the ball, turns away from gym monkeys like Henderson, then knits the play. They do need to replace Matic to give him some help though.

Pretty much everyone is the same after the spitting incident I’d imagine.

I wouldn’t say we Were flying it but we were much better. I doubt McTominay, Fred and pogba have started more than five games together being honest.
And I’d say they won’t again
