Manchester Utd 2023/24 (Part 1)

No way that was his decision. Pushed on him by ferguson.

27 goals in 54 games was more than decent

Patience lacking fine day supporters

You’d wonder is that all there is to it

There is a worrying pattern developing

Hard to really know. He had issues at Dortmund too and With England.

You’d wonder where his numbers juiced by playing with Haaland and being honest the German league is a farmers league.

He scored a few goals for United one against Liverpool last year and one v Chelsea the previous season. He showed lovely composure both those times.

He looked to be going ok at times but he probably wants to play in a more short passing type team. He isn’t a winger who’ll take a lad on the outside.

Also I do wonder did the missed penalty v Italy in the euros final impact him. That has to be a big moment in a young players career. Both rashford and saka bounced back but it must be tough.

Massimo Taibi
Alexis Sanchez

@carryharry Exhibit A of a united fan turning on a lad. They’d written off Rashford too. Worrying.

A little different to the trend of the players named I’ll grant you

Massimo was a pale shadow of the hype about him alright.

It wasn’t ogs decision to buy Ronaldo though.

Some players just can’t handle playing for man United too. The pressure and attention is too much.

As an example the Liverpool posters have been camped on this thread for six weeks now talking about Antony and greenwood but have nothing to say about Thomas partey playing away for arsenal while on bail after being arrested for attempted rape.

The scrutiny is just different.

Yes, it does seem to be darkly different

Mcguire was a grand man to stand under a high ball in the square in a muddy pitch in a league game in February, catch, give a hand pass and retreat two yards back to his position.
But those days have gone. Cutting turf would be too fine a job for him.

Another PR disaster for crisis club Manchester United.

Manchester United made convicted paedophile Geoff Konopka ‘guest of honour’ at Old Trafford and celebrated his career despite him being banned from the game:

You think that’s a “pr disaster” ?

I’d say a paedo on the lose is just a disaster if not worse.

The snivelling little weed Solksjaer did nothing to stop it though.

How could he, he wasn’t there the morning it was decided, he was walking in from the other end of the training ground car park.
