Any thoughts?
Didnt think Utd’s penalty was valid. Giles was shoitin on about saying it defo was; dont know what he waswas watching.

Penalty definitely wasn’t valid, cheating Welsh fook.
Didnt hear what Giles said, had me head in a pint at that stage!
Celtic are probably overrated anyway, sure Utd have been shoite in Europe for years now!
Celtic gave it a good go, as they always do in these Champions League games (suppose it helps when you only have to worry about half-a-dozen domestic games a season), but fell short as they always do. Let’s hope we’ve no talk of moral victories or the like, Celtic can focus on one-off nights like this whereas United have to plan for a competitive domestic season, and yet still well outplayed Celtic on the night and should have won by more.
Expect to see Derry City putting up a similarly brave but ineffective display against PSG over their two legs.
Dead right, moral victories all over the shop… some fellow forum members were at the match, so i’ll be expecting a few posts later on shoiting on about Celtic, battle of britain, moral victory, should be in premiership etc etc etc, tribalism gone mad
Celtic need to completely change their strategy: (and no, that does not mean dying Neil Lennon’s hair) they should try to win some competitve/meaningful matches.
I too am expecting the “high - horse,” self righteous brigade to be on later talking up them boys
Well it was nice to see them be being so offensive and aggressive, but they were out of their league (literally and figuratively).
United totally deserved the victory. One worrying aspect was Solskj?r’s performance, he wasnt (pardon the pun) on the ball at all last night. He is lacking sharpness and would be seriously found out if he plays against a decent team. As for celtic, Gravesen :), I’ll say no more
