I presume they are talking about the slip roads off O’Connel Street and Henry Street.
Likes of Glentworth street and Sarsfield Street could probably go two way without too much effort.
Making Henry Street or O’Connell street two way is presumably off the table.
Imagine how many buses would be driving into bollards if they made any more changes to O’Connell St
