Open to correction, but I’m pretty sure using “anymore” as an adverb at the end of a sentence is an American thing.

If I’m wrong @bandage needs a banning.

“ Of” instead of “have” as in “I could of/I could’ve” is becoming a little too commonplace.

Is “anyways” a Galway thing?

No way on earth I’m banning myself like @artfoley.

My use of “any more” was correct.

Added to the “ban” list now you remind me.

@gilgamboa started using it and influenced the likes of @TreatyStones.

I never saw it anyways. I found it useful anyways. It looked alright to me anyways. No person of sound mind says anyways anyways.

And where tf exactly, did “wreckless” come from?

Anymore is an adverb that refers to time meaning any longer.

I just corrected a spelling mistake in the thread resurrecting post prior to anybody mentioning it. Such a relief.

No, an uneducated yank thing, like anywhoo.

Yes but it’s correctly spelled any more in English English.

“In all and anyways” was a Dub thing. Might still be courtesy of the Notorious.

Kev, ironically in the drink driving thread.

It’s not a grammatical concern but one or two posters have been observed oooffting their own posts.
I’ve no doubt that there’s a special place in hell for such people. However in the short to medium term I feel they should be hunted down and stuck.
