You wonât. There are no houses where these works are to take place. The wall that was erected was higher than they had permission for and it does obscure of one the most beautiful vistas in the country. Dublin City Council overplayed their hand here and are now backtracking.

Excellent factual response to scare mongering.
The park should not be looking out onto a concrete slab. As you say this was all agreed some time ago but they built a higher wall anyway to protect no houses. From my contacts in the Guinness family I donât think theyâre planning on rebuilding their house anytime soon.
