Off topic, but Rock of Ages is an absolutely brilliant film.

A single man. Beautifully shot but awful dirge
Saw this over the weekend on the IMAX in town - “a relentless assault on the senses” is a great description. It’s not particularly gory - it just keeps on ratcheting up the tension.
Absolutely recommended.

I started watching it on various recommendations and wild reviews. Five minutes in I knew I hated it. One of the most boring films I’ve ever seen. Felt the same about Seinfeld, sorry, I don’t get it.

Their previous film, Fargo, is probably the best film I have ever seen. But Lebowski always gets the attention for some reason.
Which is fine by me.
