âPopeyâ looked more interested in interacting with the simpletons banging on the studio window, than listening to Hook.
Thought they were bessiers. Who won anyway?
dancarter and other Ruger types⊠I flicked through it as I remember Jeremy playing for Munchins, my mates were in school with him and all said he was gonna be a star of the gameâŠ

Ronan O Gara happened to him mate, that and an abortive attempt to turn him into a full back. He eked out a decent career after in England, think hes done some media work for Setanta etc also.

I played against him underage and he was head and shoulders above pretty much anyone playing in Munster at that time. He didnât adapt to senior as well as everyone thought and he would have to be filed under unfulfilled potential although he had a half decent career in England playing for some big clubs over there.
Was that U9s or U10s, mate?
Iâll burst your mouth if you keep up with that kind of talk Paulie.
You wouldnât break eggs, kid. Iâd glass you before youâd even think about it and then proceed to carve âLimerick woz ereâ on your foreheadâŠ
Iâd hit you so many digs youâd think you were surrounded. Then I would mock you in front of your friends for being so weak. Then Iâd shift the face off your missus.
surely Clermont will bate Munster?
I couldnât stomach the build up to the Heineken cup final.
Hopefully Leinster qualify for the Amlin final. I can handle them handy enough
Can someone that knows something about rugby provide me with some clarity on something I cannot fathom.
The rugby commenteriat are creaming themselves over the dilemma Leinster have next week whether to pick Madigan or Sexton for the Amlin Cup semi.
I see no dilemma. Madigan has been on fire ever since Sexton got injured. He is the future for Leinster as Sexton is leaving. The Amlin is sort of the Europa League of rugby so let Madigan continue his good form and development in preparation for the main beer cup in 2013. Sexton decided to leave the place, is not match fit so for me there is no dilemma - pick Madigan.

Pick Madigan would be the sensible thing to alright.
The coach is highly likely to be leaving too so his loyalty to Leinster doesnât extend beyond Sextonâs. Sexton is a safer bet, there are arguments for picking Madigan but I donât think the long-term or medium-term picture will affect a selection decision next week.

Clermont centre, AurĂ©lien Rougerie, will miss his teamâs Heineken Cup semi-final against Munster this Saturday according to French website, La Montagne.
Rougerie suffered a torn muscle in his thigh during Clermontâs 39-17 win over Toulouse on Saturday and could now miss the rest of their season.

Cheers mate. Gutted. Itâs all set up for Munster, backed by the incredible Red Army on the terraces, to spring a surprise.
Any idea whoâll replace Rougerie?
Regan King.
Danny Cipriani slept with a man.
