Thought Hegarty had a big second half for Limerick. Won a lot of ball which wasnât sticking in the first half, Tipp couldnât get to grips with him at all down the stretch

Bringing Hayes out Centre Forward seemed to free Hegarty up a lot more.

The worst display I have seen by Limerick in a long time. The referee absolutely destroyed the game, Limerick arrogant and way too casual but always had the gears once needed to finish the season for Tipperary.

His return to the team after two years out has been incredible. He deserves savage credit for coming back as good after a horrendous run of luck re injuries.

Yup. As good as I think he is I didnât see him coming back in ahead of Morrissey, or at least not so soon.
Finn and Hego were brilliant for Limerick at the finish.
