Munster Senior Hurling Championship 2023 (Part 1)

That’s quite possible obviously, I don’t think both will progress out of Munster and I’d be very surprised to see either make the AIF.

Clare will definitely get out of Munster I reckon. Tipp might but it’s between three relatively average teams for the third spot.

I think we’ve had this exact conversation before

I don’t think Clare are that good at all, but there’s not much between the 5 teams behind Limerick so anything is possible

Much of a muchness. A lot of bang average teams out there.

Kilkenny, Galway, Clare… Tipp, cork, waterford?

@BruidheanChaorthainn ive just sold my ticket and I’ll be missing a Limerick opening championship game for the first time in nearly 30 years. None of the regular crew are going either. The split season has killed off interest in the IC game.

You’ve grown fat on success. The hunger is gone.

Bookmark this as the beginning of the end.

Ah, I thought you were purposely excluding one of them.

Out the door and on the way to Thurles.

Rubby are (unfortunately) turning the corner also.

Lads, a pub in Ennis to watch the match and get good grub?

Jesus, on a match day in town you’d hope those two things wouldn’t go together
Get the grub out of the way in Hillbilly’s

Can you watch the match there?

Maybe, you’ll be in and out in 5 minutes :man_shrugging:

Love HBs but stay away from it and KFC
Afraid of my heart going bang.

Previous to Hillbillies it was called the pick n scab back in my day
Pick n chicken

Hope someone has

I remember pick n chicken on the Grand Parade alright, just before Hillbilies took over the building it was called Murphs, that’s where Kurt Cobain ate when he was in Cork

The Abbey, Knox’s, Brogans further up should all have it on. You could even stop into The Grove in Roslevan on the way into town and get a fill of carvery to rightly set you up for the day
