Munster Senior Hurling Championship 2025

I might stay in the Greenhills again. @habanerocat is the mixed grill still on the menu?

It’s a pox that it’s so long of a walk out from the town but it’s the best sports stadium in the country by a mile.

A wet day, like our game down there in the league, is a bit of a dose.

On a summer’s evening though, it’s incredible. Has the food and drink options there too.

Is the walk to Croke Park from town not about the same length?

No. I’d get the bus to Fairview and it’s only around the corner.

Have Cork ever considered doing some kind of park and ride to PUC from the city?

As has been said, the stadium and pitch are first class. It’s where it is that puts people off.

An owl :owl: tram to service all those new apartments would be the business.

More green wokey nonsense.

They do a shuttle bus for some games from the South Mall but not enough of them.

Once we get the Luas built here, it’ll all be grand

Long gone. But there’s a few nice alternatives.

Anybody know if the GAA + service can be shared? The GAAGO was able to be viewed simultaneously on two different screens just wondering if the new service is the same?

Obviously easy say as a fella able to walk and, assuming it’s not lashing rain, I do enjoy the march to a stadium for a big game

By far the best day out is in Cork if you dont mind walking ( especially if you also get to walk all over the cunts).

Looking at Paddy Power There at All Ireland Odds
Cork 11/8
Limerick 9/5

Kilkenny 7/1
Clare 9/1
Galway 11/1
Tipp 14/1

There could be value in that Clare 9/1 yet.
Is 9/5 the best value Limerick have been in a long time aswell?

its a UEFA grade 3 stadium mate

Savage value. Especially when SOD gets back for the business end.

The Poor Clares won’t go to Cork so they won’t. Didn’t they make a big song and dance about that last year.

A big fan of the pre and post match walk. A walk back into town after a good day at Croke Park in great, or heading out the Borrisoleigh Road to the car after a rumble in Semple.

Not to mention popping into marina market for food on the way down.

We’ll miss all this when the Munster final is permanently on in Riyadh in a few years
