National Hurling League 2015

Shane O’Donnell and the Clare full forward line in general have had a very poor first half, any ball that went in invariably came straight back out again with one of the Cork backs in possession.

Don’t really understand Conlon inside, surely he’s the most likely to win ball in the half-forward line? And Donnellan’s not a forward either, not even sure he’s a midfielder at this stage.

Cork are well fired up for this, dominating really, probably should be further ahead.

Is that the bauld Eoin Kelly on the panel? Mac will be delighted!

Cork are crowding the inside and their midfielder’s are playing deep. It would be a very different story if McGrath and Kelly were there roaming, see the damage Galvin is doing.

Davy pushing Landers on sideline and then in a move straight from Loughnane book of man management subs the corner back in the 35th minute for maximum chagrin

Cork dominated last 15 and missed some goals. Kearney is playing very well.

Donnellan was getting skinned in the Club championship last year, no one can really fathom his inclusion let alone playing as a half forward.
Cork really bossing this despite the scoreboard.

Waterford lead 11 to 8 at the break. Lot of soft frees going to both sides, Waterford a little cuter drawing them, both teams playing with sweeper, its not pretty.

Thanking you very much

Up Laois.

McGrath. He alone could make the difference, top class hurler.

Conor McGrath on. For who?

Conor Cleary in midfield now.

O’Farrell did brilliantly until the finish! Came from an awful, awful pass from Donnellan. Clare need to take him off.

1-14 to 0-13. Brilliant point by Conlon.

David Reidy came off.

Nice point from Conlon, under a lot of pressure.

Where’s Bugler playing? Centre forward?

Cadogan & Horgan fighting for absolutely every ball, JBM must have torn into them during the week.

Looks like he’s in the half-back line. McGrath seems very deep too.

1-17 to 0-14. '48.

Cha Dwyer just sent off for Laois.
