National Hurling League 2026

Physicality has always been a part of hurling and god help us if it goes out of the game

It comes around earlier and earlier each year…

Split season has seen huge growth in GAA numbers

Kenny should be very effective at centre forward. Interesting to see how mcdermott will get on starting

Fair inexperienced bench for KK if you discount Donnelly. Good to see Tom Phelan back

Can see this Cork getting a beating.

I’m worried now you’d normally be so positive

I thought Cork handed out the beatings under the new regime.

I’d say we’d get a draw off Offaly, if that cheers you up a bit.

FFS sake even Offaly aren’t getting a beating off Kilkenny these days. :joy:

To be fair to Kildare, they’re having the exact kinda league they’d have wanted, to show they’re legitimate at the level.

Giving good showings against Clare (lesser extent against Dublin 1st match out)… and then winning comfortably against Antrim and Down

Them against Offaly in Leinster Championship will be hard to call

Limerick with 42 wides in the opening 5 minutes

Looks like Darragh O Donovan is gone for the year

He’s eating a big mac on the sideline

Why can’t we play Tipp every week?

Laois leading Westmeath by 9 points into the last 10 minutes. Promotion all but secured now
