National Hurling League 2026

I know he applied it finely. I didn’t say otherwise. I’m suing the rule is too much punishment. Nearly every penalty (at least 80%) will be black cards now. It’s too much

Obligatory schemozzle starting now.

Surely we don’t go on and win this

Probably not but tis nice to see the spurrit is there at least.

Fine point that

Cork are unstoppable.

Fuck ya.

Huw Lawlor out playing hurling 7’s in Melbourne is some loss to Kilkenny. They got away with the Connolly penalty miss but Hayes tormented them in the skies. Alan Walsh too for the goal directly after coming on. Good cut to proceedings. Cork will be Box Office this year again.

John Mullane on co-commentary today described a corner forward playing deep as “the Peter Casey role” :slightly_smiling_face:

Yeah that Barcoe fella looked a bit callow even running in that time.

Corks collection of forwards never been seen before I reckon

7 lads below not even togged out today - and they can spring 3 / 4 new guys who looked electric
Walsh X 2 look top class

Duds
Dalton
Harnedy
Barrett
Kingston
Power
Roche

Lay off the drink bud.

Buff as bad as Ger Canning today for getting names wrong at the Galway v Waterford game.

Thought we were very poor today, only for Tallis it would have been an awful hammering. Cork must of had 8 goal chances. You can’t have a two man full forward line with Mossy and a chap with absolutely zero pace (Ed McDermott), he looked like he was running in quick sand.
Tallis was excellent but distribution wasn’t great, dropped two or three clearances into the centre back area where Cork had spare men.
Liam Moore was good again today.

Crystal Daniels😂 He wasted a fiver on that program.

Galway very impressive against Waterford today. Their movement and delivery to the forwards was very impressive. Young Rabbitte is obviously a star in the making.
Waterford on the other hand were piss poor. Another momentum killer of a handy free dropped short by Stephen Bennett prefaced Galway getting 7 points in a row and effectively finishing the match off early doors. We were spiritless for a finish.
