Tonight proved indisputably the existence of the deity, a wonderful night for the Lone Star State and Texas Christian University. It’s the only stadium I’ve yet to see of the major Texas programmes, going to have to get down there.

Disappointing bowl season after all the hoopla over playoffs. Still have the final to come but suspect Alabama will crush Clemson. Arguably Ohio State and Stanford were as good as anyone who played in the semifinals, OS in particular kicking themselves over that one loss to Michigan State. Will probably need an 8 team playoff to get it right.
