New jersey in GAA

You’d think a new club like Castleknock might have thought to do something a bit different when they were deciding what colours they’d wear.

Maybe a smart Inter Milan type blue and black combination, a bold Barcelona-esque blue and maroon, or an imaginative River Plate or Peru diagonal stripe.

But no, they just copied Tipperary.

Fedamore have reverted to a sash ??

Ya shocking. They look like Carrigaline to me.

Paul Galvin may change it all :joy:

Loads have teams have black and amber stripes. Naomh Mearnog would be another.

It’s the lack of other striped colour combos within the GGA that is interesting the guys.

Tourin in Waherfud look and sound like they should be a soccer side with their candystripe jerseys.

Tourin don’t use numbers on their jerseys if memory serves

How does that work? They surely have to?

They didn’t until recently anyway, was some sort of tradition of theirs going back to the 50’s. They may well do so now, haven’t seen them play for a few years

The success has gone to his head. He’ll be the Kerry Gazza.

Lovely Kerry jersey. I like what O’Neill’s are doing with their logo

Nice jersey,
But how do O’Neil’s get away with the three stripe?
