It looks alright from the collar bone down and is the proper shade of blue. The rest of it however…
That is not an All-Ireland winning jersey.
I’d never let those vertical lines near another GAA jersey as long as I live.

We are after winning 3 in a row a Leinster and an all ireland and we are still trundling along.

Kilkenny GAA deserve credit for outsourcing the design of their jerseys for the last 28 years entirely to blind and visually impaired people.
Apparently glaucoma is the “inspiration” for the new jersey.
