New jersey in GAA

I’ve seen worse jerseys, but it was only ever going to be a disappointment after the minimalist sartorial elegance of the last three years, and so it has proved.

They must be doing too much on the weights. The make-me-skinnier side stripes are taken from from women fashion.

i long for the day the Dubs go for the hooped socks ala kilkenny…

No, no, no, no, no.

The Change Kit is better

I ordered and paid for a top off thegaastore.com on January 1st. Was expecting to get it within about 5-7 days, maybe it was optimistic of me. Anyway today is January 11th and still no sign of it, i was going to ring the fuckers today to give out but checked my emails just before i did it. They emailed today letting me know that my order had just been shipped. FFS. Eleven days later.

[/quote]Looks like an English soccer shirt. Would go nicely with a crew cut, beer belly and national front tattoos.

Nice jersey mbb but the Offaly jersey of recent years was one of my favourites. The jersey their footballers wore in the early 1980s was a fine jersey too

I know there’s not a lot you can do fashion wise with 3 horizontal stripes, but that Offaly thing is an abomination.

I’ve no idea why it’s considered creative to end stripes before the end of the jersey. That curve thing looks cheap and tacky.

Leitrim will be hard bet this year

After Tyrone, Leitrim become the second county to display what looks like a pool of urine on the front of their jersey.

when all other sports are going retro, the gaa tries to modernise things.

i dont understand why the counties just dont say, this is what we want. O’neills seem to just 10 designs and spread them throughout the country

Thats what most manufacturers do, look at any Nike or adidas kit. They also offer County Boards/Clubs a number of designs to choose from.

Dont think much of the new full back. Poor jersey as well.

Looks as though Down will be pioneering a new position this year. Another first for a county that has a tradition of innovation.

True, co. boards seem to be picking awful jerseys… that is the first bad down jersey i have and it is brutal…
