You needed tickets to get into Paudie o sheas today in ventry
Donât tell me theyâve New Yearâs Day ruined in Dingle now as well as New Yearâs Eve?
WTF
Ruined isnât the word.
Itâs bigger than any All Ireland Final
From all the pics online it looked horrific last night. Dingle is a great spot but avoid during school holidays. Getting told cunas by pretentious school teachers gives me PTSD from my school days.
Plenty of change being passed around in Paidi O SĂŠâs in Ventry yesterday I heard.
Were Peter and the boys down there drinking lattes?
They donât take card payment down there so no surprise if fellas were fumbling with their change.
As always, Jools will be joined this year by his Rhythm and Blues Orchestra.
The big names performing will be Ed Sheeran, jazz musician Gregory Porter, and blues artist RagânâBone Man.
Gregory Porter will perform a classic Willie Dixon Chicago Blues track from his Still Rising compilation, while RagânâBone Man will be performing his song âAll You Ever Wantedâ in addition to an Isley Brothers soul classic.
This yearâs edition will also feature rising star Joy Crookes, who will be singing âWhen You Were Mineâ from her critically-acclaimed debut album, Skin.
Grammy nominee Yola will also be in the house to perform several tracks, including fer famous âDiamond Studded Shoesâ.
Also sharing the stage will be soul singer Ruby Turner and the Pipes and Drums of the 1st Battalion Scots Guards.
Comedian, actor and singer Vic Reeves, who is a regular on the show, is also included in the line-up of guests.
There will also be archive performances from Craig David, Madness, Soul II Soul, and more.
Iâll throw on a tape of the 73 final
A great way to ring in the New Year.
Went to Tesco there to get a few slabs of drink before the increase on Tuesday. The number of house parties per square kilometre is going to be off the chain.
Big session tonight
A right âblowing coke up a young wanâs holeâ kinda night
Parties everywhere, people wedged into houses. Nice one Tony Baloney. Great job again
Iâm enjoying the playlist.
