Next Manchester United Manager

People on this forum that are hated tend to be serial winners. A typical o Irish trait.

Here he is at Old Trafford in 2004 sprinting down the line after a Fergie time equaliser from Costinha (with a helping hand from Tim Howard) knocked Man U out of the European Cup.

No, everyone knows Mourinho is a cunt

What???

That’s a clamping

Modern day professional sport folks

Jose Mourinho’s impending appointment at Manchester United has been held up by potential conflicts of interest between a series of the former Chelsea manager’s personal endorsement deals and the club’s own commercial partnerships.

Lawyers from both sides have been locked in negotiations over a number of image rights issues, primarily Mourinho’s deal with car manufacturer Jaguar but also watch and casino sponsors.
United have a seven-year shirt sponsorship deal with Chevrolet – a division of General Motors - worth £357 million and were keen to resolve any possible conflict of interest with Mourinho’s financial arrangement with Jaguar.

Mourinho also has an endorsement deal with Hublot, the Swiss watch maker who used to be a United sponsor, but the Manchester club have a tie up with Bulova, an American watch company, which presented another complication.
Similarly, United have a commercial contract with Donaco International, a casino and leisure resort operator in South Korea as well as Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos and Myanmar. Mourinho has a deal with Paradise Co, a South Korean casino operator.

My sources tell me this deal is now off!!!

Commercial complications insurmountable and Mourinho’s reps have left the building.

Fuck me, that would be hilarious.

Maybe A weird blessing in disguise if it were true.

That is the point.

Mourinho is a fucking despicable individual.

I am not sure how anyone could support a club that he is managing.

He would never be in charge of Liverpool. The fans wouldn’t stand for it. I suppose that’s the difference with the prawn sandwich lads in Old Trafford.

The fans wouldnt stand for it?

What a load of bollox, they seem to have stood for an awful lot in the last 26 non league winning years.

I would love to see United go out and hire someone like Bielsa for a season or two

That is about the worst attempt to get a dig in about Liverpool’s barren spell as I have seen.

Mourinho is an unadulterated cunt and I am amazed that there has been no backlash from the Man Utd supporters to the appointment.

Their mongloid fans wouldn’t get it.

Because most United “fans” are glory hunting cunts and want an instant return to winning the league every season. Any United supporter I know in Ireland don’t like the thought of this cunt taking over but most of them are mid-30’s and don’t really give a shit about English soccer clubs anymore. To say that Liverpool would never hire Mourinho is extremely naive and smacks of Scousers v Mancs type childishness. As if Liverpool are some sort of moral beacon in the grubby world of the EPL.

Jose is a winner. Everywhere he goes he wins.

That Liverpool supporters are seething over his imminent appointment means it’s the right move for United. He should have got the gig after Fergie.

Most/all successful managers have a bit of cuntishness in them.

“Liverpool supporters wouldn’t have stood for it.”

No, they stand for managers who wear t-shirts in defence of players banned for racist abuse of other players, as determined by an independent panel.

And the butchering of 39 innocent people at a football match.

what do i care about a team of millionaires in a different country, very little.
I have no affiliation in soccer but find it hilarious that you think the Liverpool fans wouldn’t let it happen, like they were going to block hicks and gillett from taking over? the fans have no say in the business that is English soccer. It is very naive to think otherwise

How can you bring up such a point less than a month after the unlawful death verdict at Hillsborough?
