If he stops some young fella somewhere from throwing up the rope then he’s doing more good than harm. In a country where mental health isn’t a priority he is a voice that actually might make some difference.

I get that. But this guy is profiteering off of those that have already committed suicide and those who continue to suffer from poor mental health.
His story has changed so much over the years it’s ridiculous. Wasn’t there a post written on here somewhere chronicling the evolution of his lie

No problem at all, the problem with this lad is that he is doing it to make money. You would have to question of he is genuine.

Friends of mine were living with him. When you think about it, he can hardly have earned much. He had some minor success in Ireland with a band and got on a panel for an rte talent show. You wouldn’t rack up many millions.
Seems a dickhead to me but as KP says, he might be doing some people some good and raising awareness is no harm, let him at it. Gas to see how worked up some of the troglodytes on here get about him. Probably because he was riding Rozanna Purcell.

I think the reason people get worked up about him is that his current story about his mental health battle is a lie. He has deliberately exaggerated his mental health difficulties so as to tap into a market where he can avail of significant monetary reward.
And the idea of ‘well if he’s raising awareness it doesn’t matter’ - it does fucking matter. He is a conman basically making money out of people’s lowest ebb.

I’ve never listened to anything he’s said so I don’t know if that’s true or not. Perhaps it is and perhaps it isn’t.
