Just back. Great win. Screeney is a pleasure to watch.
Offaly deserved it I thought as had better spread of good hurlers. Some achievement considering many of the team were minor last year. This group did lose a minor final to Kilkenny. Crowd must have been 6 to 1 Offaly.
Wexford depended more on a few good lads. Lots of lads mentioning cian Byrne here. I thought he was good but Byrne at corner forward the real star. Carley good too but his man did huge damage.
Offlaly contingent around me thought the ref was riding them. I thought he was decent in the main. Few soft ones for Wexford in the first half. Few for Offaly in the second. Last free might have looked soft but was indirect. Offaly had been in possession when play stopped due to potential head injury.

They haven’t won an Offaly senior in 5 years and have only ever won 4 titles. I’d say these lads will win about ten in a row when they start winning.
