If Tipp had won in 2009 they wouldn’t have won in 2010 anyway so its a bit irrelevant overall. That doesn’t change the fact that the penalty decision in 09 was terrible and completely changed the game
Nearly 10 years have past and we still have them hopping like sausages on a hot pan… you couldn’t make it up

If kilkenny had a full team in 2010 tipp wouldn’t have won. The deciding factor. You looked at a clip of a head high challenge in the box and called it a phantom penalty
