Somebody with a name like Ronan Gormley should be playing football for Tyrone rather than Protestant hurling. Coincidentally, after the matches yesterday, I was talking to a Protestant girl from Castlederg who plays hockey who had come down to Croke Park to support Tyrone. Wonderful sporting-religious cross-pollination.
The Northern ladies bring a lovely glamour on match days to Croke Park.
