Sure thereās Frenchmen with World Cup winners medals who donāt feel French.
The whole thing is mightily complicated. It can take an awful long time for immigrants to feel like they belong. Several generations. And even then itās a mixed loyalty.
Not near it, most of it was boring as hell but most of them are. London and Sydney were miles better. The opening ceremony was pretty good alright.

Maybe within Paris but he wasnāt pushed internationally as the face of France and Paris. It was Marchand and DuPont who were pushed.
